Cancellation and Refund Policy


Programs
If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment or is cancelled by the Parks and Recreation Department, a 100% refund will be applied.

There will be NO registration refunds for cancellations or no-shows by registered participants. Special refund permission may be permissible for extenuating circumstances as deemed viable by the Parks and Recreation Assistant Superintendent and/or Parks and Recreation Director.

Refunds will be applied in the same manner of payment received at time of registration. Credit card refunds will be applied back to the card used. Cash and check payments will receive a refund check by mail.

Shelters
Shelter reservation fees are non-refundable.
