Fairborn Skate Park Rules
- Warning: skateboarding, skating, and bicycling can be hazardous recreational activities. Use of this facility may result in death, paralysis, brain damage, concussion, broken bones, or other serious injury.
- Any use of this facility is at your own risk. The City of Fairborn does not assume any responsibility for injuries.
- The skate park is a self-policing facility without City provided supervision. Please be respectful of other patrons and follow all park rules.
- The skate park is designed for skateboards, in-line skates, non-motorized scooters, and BMX trick style bikes only. Riding, operating, or utilizing any device other than skateboards, in-line skates, non-motorized scooters, and bicycles is not permitted.
- All ages are welcome to use the skate park.
- The skate park opens at dawn and closes at dark.
- General use of this facility is free.
- For your protection, safety equipment such as helmet, elbow pads, wrist pads, knee pads, and ankle pads are strongly encouraged.
- Put litter in its place.
- No motorized vehicles on grass.
- Keep pets on leash and away from skate area.
- Unauthorized obstacles, ramps, other equipment, or materials may not be added to the facility without City approval.
- Certain weather conditions (rain, snow, lightning, etc.) may create unsafe conditions. Please vacate the area if these conditions are present.
- Spectators are required to remain outside of the skate park area.
- Damage, graffiti, vandalism, and excessive litter may result in closure of the park.
- The City reserves the right to close the facility for circumstances deemed necessary, restrict entry, and require patrons to leave the facility if any of the rules are not followed or unsafe behavior is observed.
- The following are not permitted in the Skate Park: Alcoholic beverages, Smoking / tobacco products, Fighting, Profanity, Graffiti, Tagging, Glass containers, Motorized vehicles, Food and beverages.
