Fairborn Skate Park Rules
Warning: Skateboarding and skating can be hazardous recreational activities.  Use of this facility may result in death, paralysis, brain damage, concussion, broken bones or other serious injury. Please skate safely.

  • Any use of this facility at your own risk.  The City of Fairborn does not assume any responsibility for injuries.  This park is unsupervised.  Please follow all park rules.
  • The skate park is designed for skateboards, in-line skates, non-motorized scooters, and BMX trick style bikes only. Riding, operating, or utilizing any device other than skateboards, in-line skates, non-motorized scooters and bicycles is not permitted.
  • All ages are welcome to use the skate park.
  • The skate park opens at dawn and closes at dark.
  • General use of this facility is free.
  • For your protection, safety equipment such as helmet, elbow pads, wrist pads, knee pads, and ankle pads are strongly encouraged.
  • Put litter in its place.
  • No motorized vehicles on grass.
The following are not permitted and perpetrators could be banned from the park:
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Smoking / tobacco products on skating surface
  • Fighting
  • Profanity
  • Graffiti
  • Tagging
  • Glass containers on skating surface
  • Motorized vehicles on grass or on skating surface
  • Food and beverages on skating surface

Fee Schedule
Resident: $5.00/hr
Non-Resident: $7.00/hr

Please note: Shelter fees are non-refundable
